Lof has been researching the Hohlrom device, which can convert ships or stations and their cargo into celestials.
Stage 1:
Transfer 600 hydrogen, four plutonium, and eight uranium to the Plaesmrc. Move Lof's Plaesmrc ship to within 100k of the Beacon. Move all other ships more than 1,000k away from the Plaesmrc, then target the ship and instruct it to build a mini-star.
