The Cetus are an ancient race. For many hundreds of generations they have inhabited the water worlds throughout the Tantam formation. While generally peaceful, their focus on technology makes their ships and weapons formidable. Rumors of derelicts in Lystran with high levels of technology have drawn the Cetus to the region. Their new home, Thetan, is mineral rich, and contains a strange spatial anomaly that appears to be affecting the jump network in the area.
